A little budget for people in middle class but no work no pay and not included in the government support

The Philippine Government are giving support to those people affected by the covid, with the limited budget, they are choosing who are qualified to be given the financial support especially the poorest of the poor. It is good. However, there are lots of people that they said are not qualified for support since they are in the middle class. Those people are in the middle class but they're income was stopped because of no work no pay. They also have nothing right now. They may have some compared to the poorest of the poor but can we also consider that it's been almost two months with no income and they too needed some support yet are still not qualified since the government thought they are fine. Everyone is just getting anxious as this pandemic doesn't seem to end real sooner.

I am hoping to let us also consider those people who might seem to be fine but are struggling too.

Let the government help the poorest. But if you have some extra to help those are in need. Please please.
