A kidney for Jeffrey

I am Resham Macuha wife of Jeffrey who is suffering from chronic kidney desease (CKD)stage 5. His dialysis treatment is twice a week and his Doctor said he needs to undergo kidney transplant, we have a kidney donor already, his brother, but we need fund for his kidney transplant and other medical expenses.
