My loving Father needs your Help.

Hi everyone this is my father Manuel Montalban Su-ay. His Friends and family call him Macky or Manny. He is great advisor, sweet and loving person. He is a simple man and lives a life of discipline, virtues and peace. A kind and generous person to his family and friends and to the other people that needs his help .

To us he is the best and great father that God gave and we are grateful for having him, he takes care of us and make sure that we are OK especially our mother who is bedridden and cannot talk for 5 years now my father never complain or leave my mother he always stays by her side and give her his hundred percent love and care. He even have no room for taking good care of himself. For he used to say "I Love Your Nanay more than anything else".

Back in 2014 my father was diagnosed of a case of a Congenital Heart Disease, Bicuspid Aortic Valve with Severe Stenosis but asymptomatic after he knows that he has a heart disease my father didn't bother to tell it to us and never did a follow up check up after that diagnosis. But as years go by last year he started to experience vague chest and epigastric discomfort but he always tell us that he is OK and it's just a chest pain but we can saw it to his face that he wasn't and its not just a normal chest pain. Although for him he can endure the pain we advice him to do check up so that we can assure that he is ok.

Last year of December he sought consult to a doctor that handles his case back then, His doctor advice him to do a 2D Echocardiography and when the result came out his doctor told him that he has an Aortic Aneurysm and he needs to have an immediate surgery because he never know when will be that Aneurysm strike and it can lead to sudden death, after he knew everything he came home and told us what is the result. He burst into tears, I remember what he told us "I want to celebrate Christmas together and stay at your Mom side, and eat burger with her."

In behalf of my family we are knocking on your generous hearts for any Amount you can give for my father operation and medications for his surgery. We still wanted to extend his life and make more memories with him and with my mother.
