A good man’s appeal for help

for my brother Dayle C. Miole, a good and responsible person, a gentle

giant for his 6 footer stance---anyone could easily be mistaken on

their first impressions, but too gentle that can't even hurt a fly.

My brother was admitted last Sept 16 for Obstructive Biliary Statis with

complication resulting to Jaundice that causes eyes and skin to be

yellowish. This is also because of Gallstones blockage on the bile duct

and inflicts a slightly enlarged liver and injured kidney prompting the

doctors for him to undergo emergency dialysis. But we are grateful that

test results returned negative on Hepa A, B and C.

At the moment, my brother is in ICU waiting for PTBD, a procedure to

drain the bile build up in his body causing his infection and jaundice.

He has also heart issues that is why doctors says it is risky for him to

undergo surgery nor endoscopy (ERCP). Doctor relays that if the bile

build up is not removed in time, his condition may worsen as the

infection can spread in his entire body. Hence the PTBD procedure is

emergency and cost substantial amount on top of the ICU bills that’s

accumulating.

For this reason, we are appealing to your good heart for help in

financing my brother's medical bills. Our whole family is helping but

is really not sufficient at this time due to high medical expenses, lab

tests and hospital bill.

My brother has just started a new job for 2 months now, and it has been a

while that he's having these pain while at work. Because of that, he is

not eligible yet for the company's insurance benefit which is the

reason we put this appeal.

Any amount you could extend would be equally regarded as helpful. Your

compassion is greatly needed, we will be prayerfully and extremely
