Campaign Story
Dear Everyone,
We are glad to inform you that our mother, Aniceta / Annie, the last surviving member of the Manuel-Evia union has been continuously improving her health since her stroke last Feb 2 of this year. Although the right part of her body, including her arm and leg are still paralyzed, the therapists have seen some movement and improvement.
She has been getting therapy sessions to regain her physical strength and also, has been seeing her Occupational therapist for her eating/swallowing sessions. Currently, she still has her NGT or nose tube for feeding.
In light of these, her doctors have advised us that it would be better if she could go home already. The risk of her getting any other diseases from the hospital is big, especially at her age of 82yo.
We are therefore seeking financial help to be able to pay her hospital bills so that she could finally go home.
We have asked and received financial assistance from different government agencies such as DOH, DSWD, PCSO and some politicians and were able to gather around P300, 000.00. But we will still need to cover 80% of her bills for the hospital to release her. The amount we need is around P500, 000.00
May we ask for your kindness and support to collect enough so that the Philippine Heart Center could finally release our mother? We would appreciate it if you could also share this with your friends.
This GOFUNDME account will serve as your channel of support. All expenses and funds will be transparent.
Or, you can directly deposit to the ff bank accounts:
Anna Marie O. Oñate
BDO 3980 2491 44
BPI 8529 1758 42
Metrobank 3473 3473 47486
Incidentally, it will be our Kuya Alex's 2nd Death Anniversary on July 31, also due to brain stroke. He was her eldest. We hope to have Mama come home before then. :( :( :(
Any help, in any form, and your prayers are graciously taken and appreciated.
We thank you in advance for all your support and prayers, so that we may be able to get past this difficult situation.
