A Flooded GPU from Marikina

Hi Everyone! I was able to get my GPU on my hands lately because my uncle refused to send it to here so I had to ask my grandfather to bring it to here. Typhoon Rolly flooded entire Marikina last 2020 but I wasn't able to retrieve my pc and it took me nearly two years to get it on my hands then I cleaned and tested on it. It posed problems since the ports had rusts which caused my monitor to flicker. This GPU ruined my heart so much by unable to play Genshin Impact. Anyone please help me to buy a new graphics card similar to this then let's play or coop together in genshin impact. Thanks!
