A Fixing Needed For My House

Hello everyone, my mother bought a house 15 years ago. However, nobody assisted her in that time and nobody came along to check if the house is really worth it. As years went by, we gradually experienced hidden flaws that made the house more unstable with the years. Our financial status is not the best and would never be enough to start construction works on the house, as it needs a whole reconstruction from scratch I believe. I can feel the house move at night in bed when trucks pass by the streets or when its very windy.
