To our dearest family , relatives , friends , colleagues, on June 24, 2016, many of you had known that my father had another heart attack which almost had a fatal consequence. With God's unending mercy, my father survived and on July 7, 2016 , with all of the help from each and everyone of you who came to our aide, he was able to undergo anterograde angioplasty for the left artery on his heart. Unfortunately it was aborted and declared unsuccessful due to the artery being fully clogged or in a state of chronic total occlusion (CTO).

My father was sent home on July 10, 2016 after series of tests confirmed that everything is hopefully as stable as everyone could possibly hope for. But together with this new development , we were sent home with maintenance medicine costing us Php 500.00 everyday. These medicines included Januvia , Brilinta, Lipitor, Cardiosel, Coversyl, Aspilets, Flumuccil , Ranexa, Imdur and on top of it, a nightly injection of Tresiba (insulin). We could not have known where to get this amount of money everyday to secure a daily dose for my fathers needs. Everyday proves to be a miracle because blessings come in unexpected forms. We are an average income generating family sustaining and surviving life as it goes so we could only pray and work to have make ends meet.

We were given hope that we may be able to change the daily medicine maintenance of my father after my father's cardiologist, Dr. Michael Jeremy Tabaloc, suggested another option for us. Retrograde Angioplasty or that the wire will be passed against the flow of the blood through the end part of the blockage. The regular angioplasty is done through the flow of the bood on the anterior part of the blockage. A Japanese doctor, Dr. Jiro Ando from the University of Tokyo Hospital in Japan will come to Cebu City and will perform series of angioplastys' for heart patients with chronic total occlusion or CTO which unfortunately had the anterograde angioplasty aborted and deemed unsuccessful. The angioplasty's done by Dr. Ando have 90 percent success rate as per the advise of Dr. Tabaloc.

My fathers second angioplasty is supposedly scheduled on October 12, 2016 if we could generate the amount needed for the operation and then again if we could generate it in time before the schedule. Since the operation in July, my father had already been very careful with his diet and outlook in life. Even with all the cost for maintaining medicines for highblood, diabetes and cholesterol , we still can always have that positive disposition that somehow things happen for a reason.

As his cardiologist has advised , we could try a second and hopefully successful angioplasty. The first angioplasty was made possible with the financial assistance of our family, relatives, friends, colleagues, workmates, schoolmates and even people we do not really know. And I have expressed this time and time again,me and my family will always be thankful for all your support during our time of need. All of you will always have a special place in our lives.

This time, as a daughter, please let me plea again for any assistance that you can extend us, may it be cash, advise, and most especially prayers. We will be needing around Php 200,000 to Php 250,000 for the possible wires, balloon, stents and other materials that will be needed for the operation. The professional fees have been waived because Dr. Ando has come to introduce this type of Angioplasty here in Cebu. Any amount that you can generously support us will always be a big help. and truly we will be most grateful. I know you have your own battles in life, but this is just a way for us to be able to hep as well. Me and my siblings may not have generous amount of money to help our father but we do have a generous bucketful of faith and I know that God will provide if it is His will to happen.

If you wish to extend your assistance, I am always available through a personal message in fb so that I can send you the details on where you can send your help. If you are in other countries, you can use the link in this fund raiser or send me a message as well anytime. We hope and pray that someday we will be able to repay you for your generosity. If not financially then through our continuous prayers.

Thank you very much and may God bless you and your family.
