Dear Sir/Madam!

I am asking for help as adesperate last resort. I find it very difficult that I had to resort to writing this letter, but I feel like I have run out of options! Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and for trying to understand my calamity.

I met Tamás back in 2012 and shortly after we moved in together. We got married on the 16th of January in 2016. I got employed in Bajsa, Serbia so with some financial support from our parents we bought a house there. Tamás was designing and maintaining websites back then and he was able to work from anywhere.

The house quickly turned out to be in worse condition than we anticipated. We had no other choice but to take out a 5 year loan to make it habitable. At the time we merely thought of this as just the initial difficulties of starting our lives together, something that we had to do in order to embark on the journey we had envisioned together as being filled with love, health and a stable family life with children. We ventured out to slowly build this dream of ours. It didn't come easily, but I got pregnant that year.

On the 7th of August 2017 our son, Ádám was born.

In December after a series of medical examinations Tamás was sent to Belgrade for a biopsy in order to figure out what is that they found on his sacrum in his pelvis. After ten days of waiting we received the most devastating news. Tamás had a very rare bone cancer, which is incurable it has metastasized.

We went to a lot of examinations, chemotherapy and radiation. Tamás changed his lifestyle around and started living and eating as healthy as he could. We looked into alternative medical solutions as well.

Sadly none of the tests showed any positive progress and our expenses just kept on piling.

In October 2018 they found an blood clot in my husbands heart that became cancerous. It started taking up more and more space in his heart as it grew.

On the 7th of April his body gave in and he lost the battle against cancer.

I am now left alone with my son and a pile of debt that I will to deal with every month for the next four years.

The monthly instalments amount to 15.000,00 RSD (around 42.000,00 HUF) which is half of my monthly earnings. I have to pay utilities from the other half which can be up to 13-14.000 RSD in winter. That leaves me at about one or a couple thousand of dinars (2800-5600 HUF) for food and everything else my son, Adam needs.

My friends and family have helped me out a lot in the past few months. Finally, I am begging to hope that there is a sustainable solution to my issues. If I could pay back the loan to the bank, even if barely but we could manage on my income.

From all the help I've got so far make up half of the loan. To reach the goal I need around further 200.000,00 RSD (555.000,00 HUF).

I am humbly asking if you could help me. As much as you can spare, no matter how much or little it may be. I am forever grateful for your contribution.

Any help would be welcome, not just financial. Clothes, shoes, toys for Ádám, food, toiletries and household chemicals, anything...
