A computer capable of 3D animation for a poor family.

Greetings!
I am Antonio Dumitrescu. I am 13 years old.
I was born in a poor family. My dad is gone, so my mom has to bring me and my sister up alone. She also has health problems, which stop her from being able to get employed. She currently makes a living by doing cosmetics jobs for acquaintances, (she has profesional training in cosmetics, and, before she got injured, she was a professional ping-pong player).

When we received our first computer from our school 4 years ago, it got me interested. It was a very old(2000-ish) computer; it couldn't do much. Then, a local charity foundation donated another laptop, that was a bit better(still, it was from 2006; but it could run a web browser properly(the old one was very bad, it was very slow), so, for me, it was the answer to (almost) all the questions that i was bugging everyone with.

A year and a half back, my mom bought a cheap laptop(quad core, 4gb ram) from a pawn shop. This is the one that i use to this day.
It broke down after a few weeks; i was able to open it up, and fix it. The malfunction also crippled it(it does randomly turn off if it's not plugged in).
The hard drive also failed a while ago. I lost all my programming and blender projects. I had some money added up, so i bought a cheap drive from a local shop.

To this day, i have a variety of skills, including object oriented programming in C# , 3D animation, OS troubleshooting,basic Linux skills, and arduino programming.

The laptop can run blender, for modeling simple scenes, but rendering on it is very hard. It cannot handle realistic materials, big scenes, etc. Even simple scenes take minutes to render, so i am very limited in capabilities.
Aside from that, i am very much into science. I know tons about rockets, propulsion systems, nuclear science(my next birthday is reserved for a geiger counter), astronomy, and i also know some chemistry.
I also go to RC boating contests.
I got into arguments with my physics professor on multiple occasions, only to prove him wrong. (though it wasn't about physics necessarily, it was about astronomy)

I also tried playing Kerbal Space Program on this laptop, but it can't run it comfortably. It is the only game that interests me, because it is pure science.I can only watch videos with it.

All i am asking for is a little help: a little help from here, plus some from my mother, and possibly my grandpa, and maybe, i can get a good computer, so i can accomplish my goals. Maybe somebody can help me by donating their old computer. Or, if i can raise some money, i will buy the components and build a computer myself.
