So imagine we are benefitting either by donating 2-4 rupees to the children or by doing more than that. They started addiction from the age of 5-6 years. As they grew up, the demand for addiction increased, they began to act like a thief, robbery, robbery. We never talk to them, never give good advice. They never get the company of good people. Thus, by donating 2-4 rupees and giving a new / old clothes to the occasion of Eid, nobody's future can be fabricated. We should do something for them, arrange their education. The government will have to come forward with it, we should also give them good and good advice with them, teaching them somehow.
