I’m knocking on your kind generous heart. I am Princess Zyra Peralta, 24-year old, female. I am just starting to build my dream, that is to help my family out of poverty until an accident happened- I was sideswept by a jeepney and was left with a wound on my left leg.

The wound become infected, leading to a severe infection necessating my left leg until hip to be amputated. This was followed by series of medical complications brought by the severe infection.

My family incurred a huge amount of debt for my medical expenses. We already exhausted all our resources. And, I am still fighting to be out of my critical state.
