I have 11 cats that I cant bring them. I need to leave my city move to another island to find a job. And I don't have any choice to leave them outdoor in front of the house so twice a day my brother can feed them. I need help to spay and neuter all of them and make a small shelter and food. I do really appreciate for the helps... Thank you...
