My small business dream

Greetings from Ouled teima city,

My name is Hocine Mayfers, I just turned 28, born and raised in a small city called Ouled teima with a population of almost 500.000, ever since I was little my father was my ideal to follow and get inspired from, he was a blacksmith, he taught me everything he can, from making a small chair to building doors. During his sickness as he had high blood pressure which went up to 24, that led him to stop any labor activity and unfortunately to the closure of his garage seeing that I can't handle the customers needs and take the danger of the welding materials. I was only 18 then. When I got my baccalaureat, I went to Ibn Zohr university in Agadir, 44 Km away from my city, and studied English studies as I love this language the most. After a long suffer and sacrifice, I managed go get my BA seeing that I had no schlarship then. As a result I applied for a job at an English call center named best shore to cover my studies, rent, transportation and also my family needs. As I grow up, expenses grow up with me and the hope to let my father be proud of me always tempting me. After finishing my studies. I'm left with nothing but my certificate, finding a job in my city is almost impossible because, most of its inhabitants rely on working at farms, so if it didn't rain here, life turns into a nightmare for most of the labors, even the owners don't earn much profit.

I earned a very good experience working at the Best shore English call, where we used to call managers, CEO's and directors to answer few questions that may help others take these answer into consideration while starting their companies, projects etc.. I read everyday about self improvement, business management, and how I can save myself from poverty. My dream now is to start my small business, which will be a small call center like the previous one I worked at in Agadir, that way I can help the jobless graduates here who have a great potential, and also seeing that my city is a bit cheaper than most outskirts. Besides the call center, I participated as z volunteer at a sport competition (FIFA CLUB WORLDCUP) in Agadir in 2013 and another one in 2018 (CHAN) in the same city. I used to translate from English to Arabic and give a hand to other volunteers needing help. Now I'm at a point where I need your help to make my dream come true and open my small businessand become independent, also to cover my father's medicine and let him be proud of me. If you have any advise, or any kind of support please don't hesitate.
