Help me get healed from PTSD

Some time ago, something traumatic happened to me that disrupted my studies and made me quit for a year. I can't afford going to a specialist, so i tried to do the healing on my own. But the nightmares, the flashbacks, the helpnesseness, the anxiety, the depression and so much more didn't go away and, now that i am about to return, they only got worse. So, the fears that surround me have been telling me not to go back, but stay in the safety of my home. Though, this is not a solution because i love my studies and I can't lose them for many reasons. Any help, even the slightest, would be much appreciated and would help me get away from this nightmare. Thank you!
