Preface:

People with special needs are a part of the fabric of humanity in the composition of the community, and the pain that they feel has effects which reflect on all of us, directly or indirectly.

This pain causes confusion and anxiety for the parents of the disabled and his family and hurts us all.

Let us sail in a story of a disability, and let us take a lesson and when we put the stories to touch our hearts and be filled with mercy and compassion.

These are what the time recounted in spite of we are far from the disabled.

People with special needs accomplish, work and innovate even if they were in their chairs and on their seats.

What about the disabled who as a youngster did not know the life and did not live in one house with his family? What about the disabled who can’t find help from anyone and does not have the ability to carry himself? But open his eyes as he was lying on a white bed does not move or speak or cry, and who was left for several days and missed the touring like other kids?

It was possible that I’m or anyone else around me was a disabled. We have to feel the disabled’s pains and be his hand, his ear and spirit.

Project definition:

The project is a service touristic entertaining essence illustrating as aquatic city in a new modality. It is easy to define the project as an aquatic trip for the disabled people and another parallel interlocking one for others without a disability as well.

It contains a combination between the water and ground activities in a type which it’s entity scarce in any other locations.

Project goals:

Nationalistic goals:
It is a touristic spot which the entertaining, bodily and the psychical comfort will prove true according to it for different types of people. This spot can be repetitive in other locations in the country to balance the people requirements in conformity with their different places and categories.
International goals: Project repetition in different countries which will make it a big attempt and a nationalistic earning.
Social goals:
Giving the disabled people the feeling that they own their special world in a type which will not affect on their attaching with the ambient and with the other sections in the society.
Raising the disabled people’s psychical situation level to a new one asymptotically to that which the others without a disability own.
Raising with the disabled people to a situation empowers them to getting over the psychical rumination to their critical situation.
Giving them the chance to enjoy in a high level, and melt with the normal components of the society.
Improving their mental and cultural levels.
Giving them the feeling in their importance and that the society needs them and they are not under the others.
Encouraging normal people to approach from the disabled people, and interact with them within an ideal position to guarantee transferring this interaction, and approach the main society.

Land:

The area of the land is about 30-40 hectares.

Activities:

Activities take up different configurations inside the project according to their coherence’s kind. Thus the aquatic trip with it’s two kinds is near to the organic system.

Beach cabins are linear, and parallel to the sea. Berths are linear as well.

Restaurants are approximate to each other and they illustrate the rest of the trip end. Cafes and casinos are distributed within the activities to animate them and giving them more attractiveness and fluency.

Two hotels take up locations which enable the residents to watch the water and the entire activities commonly.

Pools and games zone interlock in the trip.

Bureaus of tourism are next to the accesses and circulations.

Medical treatment center.
Swimming pools with water games.
Outdoor cinema.
Psychological drama hall.

The relationship between the project and the tourism:

The project does not differ from other projects in the effect on the national tourism, but it forms a larger psychological effect and service on the tourists in three sides:
1-The wideness of the base of the activities in the project.
2-The importance of the project to many sections and the inclusiveness to the disabled people.
3-The expressionism on the international civilizations and cities within the composition of the activities.
4-These effects gives the project a high force to attract the tourists to itself, then there will be the bigger effect on the national earnings which make the project a new experiment which we can repeat swimmingly.

Project capacity:

The project hosts about 1000 people with special needs and their families.

The running mechanism of the project:

The project based on self-sufficiency in its’ running. The project receives number of people with special needs with their families or friends who pay the expenses of visiting the project to cover the cost of the other people’ needs and the project management.

The selection of people with special needs is completed by a special institutions which are found in all world countries.

Trips are coordinated by these institutions in combination with the project administration.

Project furniture:

According to the special needs of the project visitors, the furniture is also special indeed to suit these needs and create the comfortable sphere.

All criteria are available to choose the furniture.

The hotels:

We have two hotels in the project; one is for the people with special needs which contains 10 floors and the area is about 1000 meter square. The other hotel is for the normal people which contains 8 floors with the area about 800 meter square.

The cable way:

The cable way begins from the entry of the project and passes diagonally through the project to a point closed to the beach. In this point the water trip will begin in the ocean parallel to the project to the other side of the beach. The cable way gives the visitors a clear image for the whole project from the sky to make an energy to them.

The chalets:

The chalets are exist as a temporary housing just like the hotels. They are distributed near the beach to get a nice scene of the ocean.

Other activities:

Other activities are distributed in the land according to the circulation among them and to give the visitors the accessibility during the use of them.

The labor:

The project needs about 2000-2500 workers during the construction in different sides of the stages. Engineers, workers, foremen and more are needed.
