LOOSE SKIN AND EXCESS FAT REMOVAL

I was originally 262lbs way before I started my journey. I never enjoyed life, all I did was to exist and I was not living because everything seemed too tiring. My BMI was 42 which is morbid obesity. And I decided to change, as of this morning I currently weigh 169lbs. My goal weight is 150lbs but with all these loose skin, doing workouts is somehow more difficult than it seems. Also I come from a third world country in where surgery is kinda expensive.
