Help Chloe pay for her tuition fee using her skills!

Chloe is my younger sister who-- because of anime-- discovered she had a knack for drawing and being creative. Since then she's been drawing and coloring non-stop. My uncle and his wife who are very supportive gave Chloe their old wacom tablet, however, this tablet is beginning to become unusable. Right now, 3/4 of the tablet is already unresponsive, so the drawable space is small. I can see the struggle when she uses it. Recently she told me she wanted to help our mom with financial issues and asked me to build her a fiverr account.
