Campaign Story
Christopher is 8 years old. He is a happy, energetic, talkative and outgoing boy. He has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. It was September 7, 2018 when Christopher who was a steady walker wouldn’t stand up, let alone walk.
When he was put on his feet he would begin to cry in pain. He was taken to hospital on Saturday of 8th September and hospitalized for Malaria. His health started deteriorating and he was referred to Nairobi South Hospital ICU for stabilization and some more blood work.
All the while his single mom had no clue what she was in for. After some few hours the emergency room doctor came in and told the mother to sit down. I think we all know that is never a good sign. He continued to tell the mother that he had some “concerning” news, that Christopher’s blood work suggested that he had leukemia and needs to be taken to Kijabe Mission Hospital immediately to start medication because it had started affecting the brain.
The mother will highly appreciate your assistance towards saving her only son's life
