African Rural Development Movement was founded in 1995 in response to growing poverty, declining quality of life and prevalent corruption and inequality in Africa. Founder & President of ARUDMO is David Atieku.
ARUDMO is currently under transformation to better address problems of people living in rural areas of Africa.
We need funds to run office in the capital city of Ghana - Accra.
David has also to move there with his family, including mother who is blind and needs proper care, from rural areas, where they live in the Volta region of this country.
These funds will be used for keeping ARUDMO alive for two years. In detail, for:
- Office Apartment and related expenses:
- rent,
- HP Printer,
- 2 HP Computers,
- Air-conditioning,
- UPS,
- Generator Set,
- Office Desk and chairs,
- Office Monthly Expenses (Light, Water, Internet (Surf line 4G), Transportation (taxi), Fuel for generator, Office stationery)
- Residential Apartment for David Atieku and his family, including
wife, 2 children and mother, who is blind, and related expenses:
- rent,
- TV,
- Double Door Fridge,

- Monthly Expenses (Cost of living, Water, Electricity)
Next step, will be organizational transformation of ARUDMO, including bringing key leaders to ARUDMO (management board, international advisory board, country representatives for all African countries and ambassadors for key countries outside of Africa) and other talents, creating legal structure, preparing guidelines and policies for right governance, developing strategy, executive plan and organizational model, starting broad fundraising activities, and also developing programs inline with UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals to better serve people living in rural areas of Africa.
You can help us with prayers, donations and by volunteering with us to help us better serve these people.
