26yo Trans Breast Augmentation

I am a 26-year-old-trans from the Philippines who have been on HRT (hormone replacement therapy) since June 04, 2017.

I support my parents and send my younger brother to university, so I can only save a little for my hormones and breast augmentation surgery. I work as an outsourced customer service representative for an American company.
