23 years kidney donor diagnosed with Glomerulonephritis due to malpractice

I'm a woman who is 42 years old. Single. Not committed to anyone. No kids. A consultant in recruitment. A true philanthropist. I've been a kidney donor for 23 years; my late brother received a kidney from me, which miraculously extended his life by 15 years. I used to be physically active and athletic, but in January 2023 I was diagnosed with Glomerulonephritis, an inflammation of my kidney filters, after being the victim of negligence in a respectable hospital. I must therefore urinate frequently, which has a negative impact on my general health. Swelling in my face, hands, and feet drastically changed the way I looked, making me appear to weigh 60 kg when I only weigh 43 kg, which has a detrimental effect on my mental health.

I undertook a number of medical tests to determine the causes, and the results indicate that it was due to chronic medications that were prescribed by a negligent doctor. Since I was unable to work owing to the erratic adverse effects of the medications, he was obliging in paying all of my medical, transportation, and monthly allowances. The most terrifying of all the therapies for me was dialysis, which I underwent for four sessions after experiencing my brother's condition firsthand. I never imagined that it would happen to me despite my diligent workouts and renal diet for maintaining my single kidney. The malpractice doctor is no longer supportive because my Nephrologist predicted that my kidney will be completely cured by the end of this year. But still it has 2 years remission. Thus, a continuous medications needed. I'm concerned that doctor might overlook additional issues like the early onset of osteoarthritis in my lower back and knees - degenerative joint disease that affects my daily life. He continued to be inflexible, so I need to take action in any way I can.

I've been ill for nearly 1.5 years as a result of negligence, and I've been out of work for the past 8 months. I'm seeking for work. Even my father, a 70-year old and retired life insurance agent, returned to work just to help me. His words were, "There's no need to say sorry. All for one and one for all. A lesson learned."

I'm passionate about supporting people. Perhaps this explains why we still live in a modest home that others called it squamy. I also go mountain climbing alone to meet locals in other mountains and give them some food and clothing, similar to our Clan's Christmas gathering when we give money or things in kind to the most in need. However, my life took a bad turn.

I'm agonizing considering all the horrible circumstances we are currently dealing with but I had no choice but to be strong. I don't wanna die. I don't want to leave my family. I am so worn out from dealing with unhelpful people. I don't have enough money to cover our everyday expenses, and bills. I'm here to ask for a few dollars to assist us feed our grumbling bellies and get my family and I for some medical necessities because all of our earnings will go toward the mountains of debt we now owe, for always making advanced payments that we only got through loans.
