Campaign Story
Due to the remote locations of villages in Kep Province, so many children are born only seeing a few choices for their futures, including gambling, addiction, or ending up in exploitative working conditions at farms across the border in Thailand.
Khlee was born in 2009. However, a few years later, a community activist and teacher took careful note of Khlee's intelligence and giftedness. She strongly advocated for him to be awarded a free scholarship to study at Kep International School, where an entire new set of choices would open up for his life, including graduating from primary school and launching his secondary school career.
At this time, he is choosing the path of education. He is now 14 years old and still receiving a free scholarship to attend Kep International School. He is thriving in school and his teachers greatly enjoy having him in class.
Your donation supports Khlee's free scholarship to attend Kep International School for eighth grade and keeps the scholarship fund stable to invite more children to study. Thank you for your support!

Update posted by Melissa Marie Kelsey at 04:58 pmIt seems like one of the only things that matters in the world is for every child to have a safe and caring home. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case for Khlee. His father struggles with an alcohol addiction that impacts many areas of his life and family. This week,. . . . .
