11 years haven’t been able to go back home please help me pay my unpaid balance

Hi everyone im glenn zamora 38 years old currently im in UAE i went here back in 2013 to seek for a job dreaming of having a good career and hoping someday to have a better life my life turned around during covid pandemic i finished my 2 years contract and got an offer to a new company February of 2021 then lock down happened all business was very slow and mostly closed the unexpected happened my company didn’t process my visa due to low sales even worst my passport is expiring in three months upon that time i was hopeless jobless and financially i was struggling i managed to renew my passport and it took 6 months before it got released i was losing hope for 6 months i dont have source of income no money to pay room rent and food and im begging my company to apply my visa even to reduce my salary as-long as i will not get overstay fine but unfortunately he didn’t respond the worst part is the my telecom bill was totally closed after 3 consecutive months failure of paying and i need to pay the full amount of 15,500AED my sister offered me a room to stay for few months so that i can look for a job it took a while and no body is giving good amount of salary at that time i got hired in a coffee shop which i accept so that i can survive they were paying me 1,400AED a month that was very very less 900AED for the room 80AED for transportation 60AED for wifi 20AED for water balance i need to budget for food and personal things my company owners was very abusing they ask us to work 11hours no overtime and only 2 rest day every month even telling bad things that they give me work they paid my overstay fine and insurance fine amounting to 4,850AED that was deducted to my salary monthly I’ve been through a lot and the worst keeps getting worst currently im on my 11 years her in UAE even once i haven’t been back to my home country 2022 my grandmother passed away soon after my grandfather followed and this year 2023 my father passed away and i was not able to go home because of my unpaid balance of 15,500AED to telecom company that’s preventing me from exiting the country i am hoping and praying to you all please that you can help me god bless you all thank you
