todosUNO – A Conspiracy To Help The Neediest Hondurans
Fundraising campaign by

US$4,604.50raised of $51,200.00 goal goal
Join the conspiracy to help improve the lives of the neediest Hondurans. We hope to touch the lives of thousands of Hondurans by giving 6 elderly people a home to live in for a year, 3 others a much needed total hip prosthesis and thousands of others, better health.
With you, $1 and a share, we can do this!
Your donation will be matched, dollar-for-dollar, up to $5,000.
I will match the first $5,000 in donations, dollar for dollar. So if your contribution is part of the first $5,000, it will double.
67% of Hondurans live in poverty, with 5 out of 10 living in extreme poverty
This, along with other major social ills, makes the lives of most Hondurans hard. Some rummage through heaps of garbage for food, others even though they work hard, cannot afford needed medication. Every Honduran deserves a roof over their head, food on the table, clothing and access to healthcare and education.
Why do we need this money?
The organizations that will receive funding are doing remarkable humanitarian work but are struggling to keep their doors open or need an extra boost to meet their mission. Your support will enable them to keep their doors open and continue to provide a place of refuge and restored health to those they serve.
Your dollars will go toward the most urgent needs first. If you have a preference in allocation please note so in the comment section when making your donation.
Beyond money— we need your help spreading the word
todosUNO (allONE) is a movement to bring healthier, happier lives to the hardworking people of Honduras. Whether you donate to our campaign or not, you can still make a difference.
Ways you can help:
- Recruit a local group -- boy scouts, church, university or club. Or host an #WeAreAllOne block party for your neighborhood.
- Spread the word about the #todosUNOHondurason Facebook or Twitter by clicking on links above.
- Stay connected. Follow #todosUNOHonduras on Facebook or Twitter to stay up-to-date on the movement.
Your dollars will directly serve those in need. Come back here for regular updates on the campaign and the impact of your generosity. This is our campaign, yours, mine and the people helped. If you’d like to lend a hand in any other way, please let me know.
Thank you for your trust and for conspiring with us in making the lives of needy Hondurans better.
Carla

I'm not sure "conspiracy" is the right word, but it's a great effort, & I am happy to contribute to a cause supporting needy Honduran mothers.
