基金成立目的是為了因7月1日沖擊立法會而流亡台灣的義士，讓他們食得飽、著得暖。有義士聯絡我們聲稱直到現在仍沒有收到任何台灣機構的支援，而我們已經找到了一部份流亡在海外的義士。我們開掛團隊相信未來將會找到更多流亡在海外的義士。
而基金剩餘的部份會資助前線勇者，大部份勇者都因長期在前線而失去了工作、食不果腹，逹人的團隊和其他團隊很多也和家人決裂，甚至連住宿的地方也沒有。一號機原本的積蓄是夠兩年的生活，但也因為這兩個多月來為予資助前線購買裝備，生活費只剩下若三個月左右。如沒有勇者以死相博抗爭，條例一早就已經通過。而前線勇者如果都被捕或因生存問題被迫放棄抗爭，黎緊這幾年,全香港的人將會全面被政府秋後算帳，無人幸免。因此，我們必須要讓前線隊友無後顧之憂，因此大家要全力支援我們! 萬分感激
對於能否公開我同我隊員既真人比你地, 很抱歉, 如果我們公開左自己既身份，我地保證一早就會全軍覆沒

唔好再騙一群有心幫前線既人啦，電台訪問逃亡到台灣既前線都有講啦，佢地根本就唔會隨便聯絡任何人或家人，你又點會咁容易聯絡到佢地呀，收手啦!!!死仆街

This is a fraudulent fundraiser. 呢個係個呃人錢既籌款 If you want a refund, simply ask Paypal to arrange a refund for you and send an email to Gogetfunding to complain "開掛之達人", a organizer or a group of organizers launching this fundraising campaign；如果各位想REFUND，快D叫Paypal refund畀你，同埋send email畀Gogetfunding投訴開達之達人 The organizers of this campaign still fail to provide the public with pieces of credible evidence showing that they will take actions to achieve objectives of the campaign; despite various accusations against the organizers launching the fundraising campaign, the organizers still ask the donors to wait for the action taken by the organizers. How can you guys trust a fundraiser without any contact information, any plan showing how the objectives of the campaign can be achieved?
