Zurich Marathon City Run 6th September

In September 2020 we are running the Zurich Cityrun 10km race to raise funds for Naked Heart Foundation (Switzerland) projects. The funds raised by the runners will help the Foundation support children with special needs by educating professionals and family members.

Naked Heart Foundation (Switzerland) finances dozens of NGOs focused on helping children and young adults with autism, Down's syndrome, cerebral palsy and other disabilities in Russia and CIS countries. The main projects include: development of Family Support Centres and Early Intervention services; trainings of teachers from special schools and pre-schools in using modern methods for working with students with autism and inclusive summer camps for children and young adults with special needs and their parents. Such summer camps help kids and young adults develop communication skills, make friends and become more independent. Not only do they provide invaluable inclusive holidays for disabled children but also include much needed training programme for child development specialists.

Naked Heart Foundation in Russia has already transformed the lives of more than 10,000 children with special needs and their families, and we hope it is just the beginning. With each of us contributing today and our forces uniting, together we can make a huge difference to many more families!
