Zoey Belcher Fund

Tragedy has struck the family of the Belcher's. Jovan Belcher took his girlfriend's life Kasandra Perkins, before pulling the gun on himself. He left behind his only daughter Zoey.

All donations will go towards a fund that will be set up for baby Zoey. If you cannot help them we hope you will pray for her or help spread the word.

"Without having either parent in her life now, I think it's important that she understands the type of love that she should get from a family," Chiefs quarterback Brady Quinn said. "And Jovan was part of our family, and we try to take care of our own."
Quinn said the team plans to allow the public to also make donations.
Other players said it will be their responsibility now to provide even more than financial support.
"At the end of the day, money is just half of the equation. We can toss all the money we want at her, but it's never going to bring her parents back. It's not going to make sure she has a great home to grow up in," tackle Eric Winston said. "I hope this organization as a whole makes sure she's a) taken care of and b) that she is placed into a place with, whether it's a relative or a grandmother, that she's put into a place where she can have a happy life."
