Zoe, her puppies and her Humans need a Little Extra Help

Zoe is a beautiful 5 year old Great Dane x Boerboel dog who we adopted when her owners moved, and their new accommodation would not allow for her to go with them. She had not been spayed, however, when she went into season - we didn't expect that she would conceive, as she had previously tied with a mate on other occasions and never fell pregnant. We naively assumed that she was infertile, and because costs of sterilization and vet costs been so steep, we were saving up for her sterilization, but as it is with old Murphy, she did indeed conceive, Our neighbours Dog, an Africanis, became her mate (A picture of him is in the Gallery of our Canine Family)

After her gestation period, she went into labour, however it became complicated and in short, Zoe after 3 trips to the Vet in one day, 2 inductions later, she required an emergency c-section/hysterectomy in order to save her life and the lives of her puppies; sadly Zoe had 9 puppies, but only 4 survived. we lost 5 precious little pups.

This campaign is a fundraiser that is aimed to help us as her humans to pay off the remaining balance of the current Vet account, sterilize her 2 female puppies, cover x4 puppies complete Vaccines, and also aid in buying food for the puppies until they find their forever homes. they are like our babies with their own adorable personalities.

It is our greatest desire that this campaign be a success, and that kind hearted animal lovers would assist in our cause to settle the Vet account, Fully Vaccinate all four pups for their second round of Vaccinations and Sterilize 2 Female pups and help us buy food, we hope that all this can be done in the next month.
