Zimbabweans United for Progress (ZUFP) is a collective effort of individuals from diverse backgrounds committed to improving the living conditions of Zimbabweans based in South Africa.

The impact of Covid-19 and the lockdown that ensued has negatively affected immigrants in SA including Zimbabweans who have incurred losses in employment, dignified livelihoods, and methods to put food on the table. As a result, most of our brothers and sisters are literally on the verge of starvation.

ZUFP will raise a minimum 30,000,000 ZAR to feed and assist at least 100, 000 families in the country. We humbly appeal to Zimbabwean nationals, corporate, and public entities to support our cause so that we can in a small way alleviate the effects of this global pandemic.

Your donation will be used to purchase food parcels, essentials, and eventual repatriation of volunteers back to Zimbabwe.

ZUFP has proper governance structures in place to ensure your donation will be properly managed and received by those who need it the most.

Donations can be made in either cash or kind and no donation is too big or small.

Thank you for your generosity.

Accountability and Transparency

ZUFP's activities and consolidated financial statements will be made public. All the donors and partners and their contributions will be recorded in a confidential record, only accessible to the trustees, accountants and auditors. The list of donors and partners will only be made public upon express consent from each individual donor/partner.

Monitoring and Evaluation

To improve transparency and to record lessons learnt from Zimbabweans United for Progress campaign, all the activities of the Trust will be monitored. An independent evaluation study will be commissioned, and the report will be submitted to the Trustees.
