Hello everyone, my name is Glory Henry Kimonge - born and raised in Arusha Tanzania . I live in Zanzibar, one of the most beautiful island on this planet. From 2015-2017 I worked as game warden, working with guns and protecting both endangered wild animals and their environment against the people who hunt illegally and destroy the wildlife. Instead of arresting people, I chose to protect wildlife biodiversity through conservation. I worked as a tour guide utilizing skills and sharing knowledge. I was able to raise enough money to register small business by name , "Glorious Tanzania Tours Limited.” Now, I organize safaris on the mainland in Serengeti National Park, Tarangire, Mikumi, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, beach, and cultural excursions.

During Covid, in addition to Glorious Tanzania Tours Limited, I developed my passion for teaching, leading over 3000 lessons in Swahili through online platforms ITALKI and Amazing Talker. I have also offered English lessons to local communities to be a resource for Tanzanians who want to learn. This provides the opportunity for personal, academic, and professional growth in an effort to reduce poverty.

Zanzibar is a beautiful touristic destination. However, today we also we have environmental challenges, such as pollution. That is where you come in! I am initiating a project to build a Training Center near to the environments being destroyed. The center will offer exchange programs to welcome those near and far wishing to support the building of the center and halting the destruction of our island through education. Any small or big donation will be appreciated for you to become part of the change making. International members of the center can support our mission by teaching English and other languages in exchange for learning Swahili, and can participate in our conservation efforts. On behalf of the Zanzibari and Tanzanian people, we welcome you to join this movement. We need you and Tanzania needs us. Help make a change by providing supporting to the construction of our training center. Please share . Asante sana - Thank you very much.
