Campaign Story
My son Yohji Zan Rentillo Jurilla was born with special needs.Zane was diagnosed with downsyndrome and a Heart warrior,Zane has 3 holes in his heart the CAVS D and PDA in which Zane’s heart and life is at risk for his pulmonary hypertension that was severe case. Zane had already twice been in stroke history Acute ischemic stroke. Last few months zane needs to undergo Liver CT Scan in which there was a mass saw in his liver that needs a lot of medication and every mont CT Scan follow up.
We are knocking on your door to help us earn for Zane needs. please once again help save our little warriors life.
