zakaria need your help

Zakaria needs your help, Zakaria suffers from a form of physical handicaps since he was born.

Zakaria was born in a hospital in the city of El jadida, hours after he came to this life the doctors told my mum that he will die and she must just leave him in the hospital .. my mum refused and she didn’t want to abandon him so she took him with her at home and she took full responsibility and charge of him .. Zakaria now is 32 years old, and year after year his situation is getting worse and worse, he can’t sleep at night because of all the muscle pain, he suffers from asthma, and he lost almost all his teeth.he needs 2 urgent operations that his family can’t afford with all the costs of his medicines, Zakaria needs a new special chair as well o be able to take him around.
