BOTH HANDS (shoulders and upper arms in internal rotation; Right elbow in extensor contracture, flexion possible about 15-20 degrees; Left elbow also in extensor contracture, but passively obtains about 80 degrees of flexion; Forearms and hands in pronation with ulinary deviation of the left hand and flexor contact of both wrists, more pronounced on the right side; thumb in the hand on both sides, flexed position of the fingers, extension of the fingers is passively obtained.
