Youtube channel with 12 000 clips need help

I have Youtube channel for free public domain audiobooks (FULL audio books for everyone) with about 12 000 clips.  But I can't do it anymore... I want to continue to make and upload clips, but I have run out of resources (One clips takes about 10-20 mins to make). My goal is to make and upload 50 000 clips (That's about all good audio books that are in the public domain right now...), and then continue to make and upload the newly available audiobooks. Also I need to keep the site http://free-audio-books.info/ alive and up-to-date . The goal of the site is to have all this books better aranged then the youtube videolist.
