Youth day community event

I am a first year university student who resides in the community of Lotus Gardens.

I decided to organize a youth day event for my community as I have seen facing challenges
including stress, unemployment, lack of skills and peer pressure leading to them being idle and resorting to crime.

This event will take place over 2 days, the
16th and 17th June 2018 respecively. I have invited schools,tertiary
institutions,SAPS young business entrepreneurs,skills development organizations as well as other organizations.
By doing so I hope that the youth of this community will benefit fully
from this day taking home more knowledge and a hunger to make something of themselves.

For example from the class of 2017 there was a community member who excelled through the year but currently she is at home because she as well as many more young people in this community don't know the opportunities that are out there.

I really want to make this event a success that will result in more tertiary graduates, skills opportunities as well as job creation.

With the funds we are hoping to recieve we are going to hire 2 motivational speakers for each day,buy foods,beverages,gift packages,hire public toilets,hire busses for schools outside our community.

I am asking for donations to change the lives of these young people.It will be highly appreciated
