Your Php 50 donation could save a life of a Dauntless Mother

She is Nelia Astillasa, a mother of 6, a loving wife to her husband, and a sister to her 8 siblings.

I always wonder, how was she able to send me and my sister to college at the same time? She only sells pork meat, she only has 1 tricycle unit, my tuition is nearly Php 20k per sem, same goes with my sister, how was she able to make sure that there's always enough food on our table, that we have a decent clothes to wear?

Those questions were left unaswered, all we know is she is very hardworking, she can't barely buy something for herself, she can't barely treat herself on a salon, not even once I saw her going to the mall to treat herself.

And now, I have found an answer. SHE IS A MOTHER. A mother who would do and endure everything to make sure that her child would have a brighter future before the LORD calls her.

In 2016, she was diagnosed with Stage IV Non Small Cell Lung Carcinoma. The first in the family to be diagnosed of such. She took oral chemotherapy for more than a year, she underwent 10days radiation, she underwent 6 cycles of traditional Chemotherapy. She's dying inside but very strong on the outside, we always see her praying the rosary, could still go to church every Sunday to serve our LORD, her faith kept her going. And now we understand, that aside from her braveness, and being dauntless, she has our LORD who strengthens her all throughout this fight.

Until January 2019, she was put on a life support, was bleeding thru her mouth and urine. She has had stroke on the left and right part of her brain, she has infection on her upper respiratory tract, she is unconscious and has been revived twice.

On behalf of my family, we are raising this campaign to help save her life, to help alleviate her sufferings, if not prevented. To help her stand on her feet again.

As early as now, we would like to thank everyone who's been with us since the start of her fight against cancer, GOD is with us, he will strengthen us.
