In Lugansk(Ukraine) critical situation - the regional center is completely disconnected from the power supply. About 250 thousand residents of Lugansk,remaining in the city are without electricity and water for a long time, does not work mobileand landline communications. According to residents, Lugansk regions continue to fire. People need your help! They need money for medicines, food and fuel.
Consider the fact that maybe that your help will be able to save the innocent civilians who were left absolutely alone with all the troubles!
