Dear friends & supporters,
We need your help again to cover our bills for cat food, vet services and other essential, operational expenses. In the beginning of the winter we rescued number of distressed kittens. They all need to be castrated in order to prevent new litters. To date we've neutered Fedya & Spas and spayed our Joanna, Eti & blind Lucy. Lucy's castration was in fact high risk, due to her ongoing health issues and required comprehensive blood tests prior the surgery. For more information please click here: WE HAD VERY BUSY WEEK
This month our Leo needed medical attention for respiratory infection. Once this clears we will be able to vaccinate him and will send him to his forever home. Link: GREETINGS FROM LEONARDO, THE WORD'S SADDEST, LITTLE LION.
We also started re-vaccination program for our cats and kittens. So far we vaccinated Elsa & Spas with complex vaccine, which protects from Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Chlamydophila felis, Herpes virus and Panleucopenia. Link: ELSA & SPAS' VET APPOINTMENT.
We will use this vaccine for all of our rescues to ensure their optimal health.
Like most charities, Bulgarian Stray Cats Rescue & Rehabilitation Centre relies on supporters' generosity to cover the bills for food, vet services and all other operational expenses. We do not receive government funding. You, the compassionate, kind people are our rescues' lifeline. Please, donate, your gift saves lives.
