Your aid can help me save my mom from paralysis

My mom is the strongest woman I know.

She is a single mom who takes on the role of being both my mother and father. She makes sure that I am well taken care of from daily necessities to good education even if it means she needs to work non-stop and twice as hard. She frequently experienced fatigue over time and was extremely vulnerable to illnesses because her body could handle only so much work as she also is not getting any younger. Later on, she was diagnosed with an illness that numbed the lower half of her body including her lower extremities. Consequently, she became unable to walk properly, which hindered her daily productivity and capability to work with quality.

She undergone her first surgery last August 2017, this operation was made possible by the help of her loving friends and relatives with the hopes of regaining her normal strength back.

Sadly, instead of recovering, her condition had gotten even worse and she is now diagnosed with Ossification of the Posterior Longitudinal Ligament (OPLL). The doctor insists that she be operated on as soon as possible as it would lead to permanent paralysis if not treated soon enough. Unfortunately, 2 phases of operations are needed, the first phase of the surgery, particularly the implants and hospital bills alone, will cost 3 million pesos, while the second phase will cost 1.3 million pesos, extremely large amounts we cannot afford.

As her only child who is truly grateful for her very existence, I just want to give back all she has done for me. As much as I want to fund a part of the operation, I am only 17 years of age, in Senior High School and without any financial sources. Therefore, I am reaching out for your help.
