Campaign Story
Since the onset of COVID, me and some of my young fellow friends have taken it as our mission to provide masks, sanitizers, medicines, food etc. to people from different communities who live in remote areas. We have reached village to village to make arrangements for quarantine for laborers and laborers who have come from other states and to make them stay and eat and make distance of two yards from others. We are constantly expanding our coverage through local support and various media sources to protect our village and our city from the ravages of the next COVID-3. Your support is needed to keep our campaign going! This funding will help us sustain our current efforts to survive the third wave of COVID-19.
The struggle is not over yet...
Due to the impact on small and medium-sized businesses, many means of their livelihood are being deprived of them. Due to this global pandemic, the people living in our villages who go to other states for their livelihood and feed their families have also suffered a lot. Despite the lack of newspaper coverage in remote areas… let us continue to come together to help as many people as possible!
cost breakdown:
We have already provided masks, sanitizers, medicines, food etc. to more than 15000 people in rural areas since March 2020. Now we are focusing on children in distress and senior citizens and people who have come to their villages from other states and have no means of employment. There are many malnourished children and our team has done a lot of work in Jehanabad district. Now together we are identifying such areas at Jehanabad, Makhdumpur, Bela, Chakand, Gaya etc. where there is a need for distribution. Our target is to serve a minimum of 500 meals per day and distribute masks and each food packet costs approximately INR40 and the cost of the mask is Rs.10. We want to keep it at least till the end of pandemic Covid-19 especially for the kids. And as long as needed. Each day except the transportation cost it will cost us 20000 per day
