We need to create small job opportunities for young youths who do not have jobs. These will help them from being idle and decrease the number of crimes done. Many youths who are idlers intend to joining group gangs in participating in drags, alcoholism, sex and other crimes. So by opening small business for them to work will really help to keep their mind busy.
