Young, single mother trying to get through school

I am a single, young mom of 3 beautiful girls. One whom has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy. I have suffered with major depression and anxiety over the last 9 years and have been learning to over come these issues by facing my fears and applying for school, getting back out into the world. I currently have no vehicle to drive my girls around (oldest unable to walk due to CP) , I am trying to raise funds in order to cover the costs of a cheap used vehicle and to cover part of my tuition for school, I am to start September 2017. I would never think to ask for money from random people on the internet, that just isn't me, I actually feel really bad about it, however, it was suggested to me by a few close friends, so I thought I'd give it a try. Anything at this moment would help big or small and would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for reading.
