Young Filmmaker/Photographer in a dire need of a Camera

Dear everyone reading this, due to hard production possibilities in the Balkans where I'm from, and a generally low income, cameras are hard to come by. As a Film Directing student who is also into photography this is a necessity for me but even with a part-time job it is incredibly difficult to gather money. The Sony A7S II is my dream startup camera that I've used before a few times. Any help is appreciated, you're making another dream come true, thank you from the bottom of my heart!
