Hello,

Im a 24 yr old male who is very eager to start work full time but can not afford a car which most companies in my line of work (Security) desire. I was born with a condition called Tuberous Sclerosis and have it relatively mild but has caused my quality of life to be pretty difficult but I'm trying to better myself even though its still quite a struggle. Its left me epileptic which is now controlled and will be allowed to start driving this April but the fact I'm having to survive off of benefits which is hard enough let alone being able to afford a car to be able to start living by working and becoming a contributor to society. A car would help me travel to different areas which is highly desirable for most companies requirements and I was lucky to find myself a company that has taken me on part time but on the other hand have had to turn down jobs from them as I can't get to the locations they need me to work at and have to hope they manage to find me work I can reach through public transport. Unfortunately they are starting to doubt whether Im worth keeping on the payroll and if I lose this job I will be very disappointed as it is the best thing to have happened to me in a long time and I enjoy it and take pride in it.

After trying to work out a sensible way of borrowing money from the banks I still wouldn't be able to afford the repayments as my part time wages is used to supplement bills and travel costs. Ive never liked being on benefits but unfortunately with current circumstances I'm not eligible for borrowing anyway (finance situation). I was unemployable up until last year but still found it very very difficult to find any type of work which is wrong under the discrimination act so I decided instead to take part in working for charity shops with my spare time to keep me active and busy but it didn't pay the bills but I still enjoyed being apart of something. Now I'm in a much better situation health wise Im just looking to try and build myself a real life instead of feeling Im just existing but Its a mammoth task without personal travel which in turn would save me money whilst I can afford to not have to worry so much about having enough left everytime the bills come through the post paid with benefits and my part time wage.

The main reason for this funding is just to see if I can get any help towards getting on my feet. I never thought I would do something like this but Im so motivated to achieve future prospects that I feel its worth a try. Im quite embarrassed actually as the thought of being independent would be amazing without having to rely on the state and part time work to get by just.

Thankyou for reading my situation and any amount donated would be very highly appreciated.
