Cedric Kjeld Bautista, 7 years old, loves to play outdoor games. Last August 28, 2019, he was diagnosed with Stage 3 Osteosarcoma, a type of cancer that arises in bones, on the left distal femur hindering him from doing his usual outdoor activities.
Cedric went through the following course of treatment: Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy (6 cycles); Surgery (Rotationplasty); Post-surgery Chemotherapy (8 cycles).
Cedric now needs a prosthetic left leg for him to be able to walk and live life normally.
Part of the family's 8-digit hospital bill was covered by their health insurance and government assistance. We need your help so his family can buy him a prosthetic leg. It is priced at 500 Thousand Yen (approximately 240,000 Pesos). The family also needs your assistance to pay for other daily expenses. Cedric’s family relies solely only on the earning of his father Russel. His mother, Kate, attend to Cedric full time in the hospital; hence she is unable to work.
