Hello my friends. I am 27 years old Georgian and I am based in Bulgaria. I have been urinating with blood for 2 weeks now. I cannot afford to go to the hospital for an examination, because I dont have an insurance. I think it might be some kind of problem with the kidneys. I already lost consciousness two times and I can not even tell this to my parents, because they are also struggling financially and my mother has a very weak heart. I am desperate and do not know what to do. I dont have a job, because I dont have any documents, I cannot afford a visa.

I hope you will understand my struggles. I live with my girlfriend and I can't tell her about my problem, she works, but all the salary goes to rent, food, electricity, water, cat food etc. She also lost her father of cancer last week and she is desperate. I was told that without insurance policy the treatment will cost around 750 Euro. For the first time in my life I am asking for financial help from strangers. Please do not judge me for the situation I'm in. I think my health got worse because of all the problems we have - an year ago I was dreaming about strarting a business project in Bulgaria, i thought i found the perfect investor, I also took a loan of 36'000 Euro and it turned out it was a SCAM.

I really need to go visit a doctor, and afterwards I will try to stand up from this bottom, but I need some financial support - for the doctor and for visa so that I can find a legal job and live peacefully with my girlfriend. My heart is acking when I see the sadness in her eyes. I don't want to be another problem in her life, I want to support her but I am helpless at the moment.
