Yohan was born on August 14, 2015. He is now 3yrs old and since birth he was diagnosed with down syndrome with Atrial septal defect (ASD), Patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) and Ventricular septal defect (VSD). With divine intervention, the ASD was able to close..and now Yohan at 3 has PDA and VSD and needs immediate surgery. We are asking from your benevolent heart to please help fund Yohan's since he really needs it so badly. Please let this little heart live. Please let him continue living by helping him since he needs an a surgery as soon as possible.Your support and love for Yohan will surely be a great help for him to live a normal life.
