Yoga For Youth’s Mental Health

Philippines has the stigma about mental health that if you visit a psychiatrist, you are labeled as "crazy". With the current issues of our Political Campaign against drug addictions, terrorist attacks, narco-oligarch feud with our current governance plus the recurrent onslaught of phenominal attacks, it creates instability to our young minds.

Our young generations are bombarded with political fear, social expectations, economic instability, and so on that leads to chronic addiction, stress, burn-outs & depression, societal separation and suicide tendencies.

Sadly, with the effort of our Government to reach out this problem is taken advantage with some so-called NGO's with poor implementation to address the matter.

Thus, we in behalf of Philippine Yoga Academy, we are committed to extend our services to alleviate Filipinos from suffering chronic Mental disposition thru the timeless and most enduring Science of Yoga which according to many research and studies to have been proven to have an authentic processes in dealing with mental health. It promises to address the root cause of deep spiritual emptiness of any living being and bring into the platform of ecstatic bliss and happiness.

In our effort to reach-out the young minds, we need your help to join us in this campaign.

We will target schools, youth organizations, youth rehabilitation centers, and network other NGOs with the same cause to collaborate our programs as a supplementary purposes.

The donation that we can get from this will help us to become sustainable in implementing our cause and continuous Yoga programs that we can offer for free.

We can only lend our time and energy. We need your help to back up our limited resources.
