The Yoga Therapy Foundation provides funded yoga classes and equipment for people living with a range of debilitating conditions. This could be people suffering from cancer, parkinsons and ME, through to those rehabilitating following serious injuries, or for people suffering with mental health issues and also women with post natal depression.
This is a valuable cause I really believe in due to my own experience of how deeply healing yoga can be on many levels. I truly believe yoga can offer something to everyone and that the very people who can benefit most should be able to access these services. Please sponsor me and contribute to a very worthy cause!
